Orlixa

Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026. This policy explains what we do with contact details when we reach out, and how to opt out or ask for your details to be removed.

Who we are

Orlixa Ltd is a UK company that runs cold email and cold calling campaigns for B2B service businesses. We are the data controller for the contact details described here. You can reach us at enquiries@orlixa.com.

What we collect, and where it comes from

We only collect business contact details, and only what we need to decide whether a business is a good fit and to start a conversation. That usually means:

This comes from publicly available business sources — company websites, business directories and Companies House. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect personal information that has nothing to do with your work role.

Why we use it

To send you a short, relevant message about our service, to reply if you write back, and to arrange a call if you want one. Our legal basis is legitimate interests: we are a B2B lead generation business contacting people whose role makes our service relevant to them, and we keep it to what a reasonable person in that role would expect.

We look at public information to check whether a business is a likely fit before we contact anyone. No decision about you is made by an automated system.

Where the messages come from

Email outreach is sent from dedicated domains set up for the campaign, not from our main orlixagroup.com domain. If your phone number is used, it is only used where you have asked for it to be.

What we never do

Who else sees it

Only the people at Orlixa who need it to run your campaign, plus the small number of tools we rely on to send email, hold calendars and store notes. Those suppliers are used only for that job and are not allowed to use your details for their own purposes.

Some of those tools are hosted outside the UK. Where they are, we rely on the legal safeguards that apply to those transfers.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us contacting you. You can also withdraw consent at any time, and you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Any of these can be done by emailing enquiries@orlixa.com — no form to fill in and no reason needed. Replying "unsubscribe" or "take me off" to one of our emails also works, and we will action it.

How long we keep it

While we are working with the client the campaign is for, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. If a campaign stops, the details used for it are deleted rather than parked for later.
